The Stephens Group Foundation (KSGF) was created in 2007 to enhance the quality of life in communities by sponsoring a variety of charitable projects for underserved persons of color, low and/or moderate incomes. We seek to empower and develop generations of well-mannered children through stimulating positive self-worth, instilling pride in self and fostering respect for one another, our community, and elders, while cultivating poised and confident young adults. The programs and activities are designed to instill in each participant that proper behavior, good grades, community service, mentorship and accountability are essential tools for succeeding in life.  The mission of the organization is for participants to foster character and life skills to competently function in the workforce and compete with colleagues in employment and economic development, and other developmental activities.
